Pharaoh Capital is in search of a proficient and seasoned Cyber Security Consultant to enhance our security team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in deploying and managing security solutions, with a particular emphasis on NextLabs and Boldon James.

This position entails collaborating with clients to evaluate their security requirements, crafting and executing security strategies, and delivering continuous support and enhancement of security measures.

It is essential that the candidate holds ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE due to the sensitive nature of the responsibilities involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Evaluations: Perform thorough security evaluations for clients to uncover vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance deficiencies.
  • Solution Development and Execution: Design, configure, and deploy security solutions with a strong emphasis on NextLabs and Boldon James.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to grasp their security needs, provide expert recommendations, and suggest suitable security measures.
  • Policy Formulation: Create and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to guarantee data protection and adherence to regulatory mandates.
  • Training and Assistance: Offer training to clients on the management and utilization of security solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting services.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Oversee security systems, assess incidents, and produce reports to inform clients about their security status and propose enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other security experts, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to security throughout the organization.
  • Research and Innovation: Remain informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in the cyber security domain.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cyber security, particularly in data protection and security solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of NextLabs and Boldon James security solutions, including policy management, data classification, and user provisioning.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
  • Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Advanced certifications in cyber security (e.g., NextLabs Certified Professional, Boldon James Certification).
  • Industry Background: Experience in consulting across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, or government.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and deliver results within established timelines.
