About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Operations Director to lead our digital biddable transition for Essity, a leading global Hygiene and Health company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team across multiple markets and contribute to the success of one of Zenith's key clients.

As a people-oriented leader with a strong understanding of digital activation, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence and advancement in digital strategy, planning, and execution for Essity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional quality and effectiveness of digital activation campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, programmatic advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Oversee the operations of the Digital Hub, establishing efficient workflows and processes that align with Zenith's best practices and Essity's specific needs.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting and insights frameworks to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership within Publicis, Essity representatives, and agency partners.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of digital specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-market digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Deep understanding of digital reporting tools, ad technology platforms, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing large digital activation teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively manage upwards and engage with leadership within Publicis.
  • Integrated, strategic media experience with a solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign activation management.
