Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and distribution channels in emerging markets Lead, train, and mentor our team of Parts Sales Executives to achieve and exceed targets Ensure all Sales team members are proficient in utilizing the enquiry management system Review and assign all incoming web/email sales inquiries appropriately Follow up on all assigned inquiries with the sales team Ensure the sales team documents all inquiries and maintains records of customer interactions Contribute to the enhancement of internal systems and take a proactive role in implementing procedures Oversee and, when necessary, participate in visits to potential clients Serve as a primary contact between the company and its existing and prospective clients Assist Sales Executives in negotiating agreements and closing sales Collect market and customer insights Represent the organization at trade shows and other industry events Negotiate contracts with potential clients Advise the team on upcoming product innovations and assist in the development of targeted marketing campaigns Meet and surpass departmental objectives Conduct regular performance evaluations with team members Address and resolve escalated customer service challenges Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities Reconnect with 'lost lead' customers to convert them into sales where feasible Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction Lead weekly sales meetings Generate regular reports for senior management regarding sales performance, customer service metrics, and daily operationsSkills
Proven experience in Sales Management within the automotive sector Strong IT proficiency with the capability to devise and implement Strategic Sales plans and procedures Excellent Leadership Skills with prior Management experience Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives Effective communication skills, including engagement at senior levels Ability to analyze and interpret research data Exceptional negotiation skills and a proactive attitude are essential Creative problem solver Resilient and determined Persuasive communicator Ability to thrive in a competitive landscape Collaborate effectively with the company's Design, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Production teams to achieve positive outcomesJob Type: Permanent, Full-time
