About Us:
Multibrands International is a leading manufacturer of innovative products, with a strong presence in the electronic and health & beauty industries.
We are currently expanding our customer base and seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B sales leads and expand our customer base through cold calling and database management.
- Identify and qualify leads, and pass them across to sales colleagues for further development.
- Organize call-back diaries and update our CRM system to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
About You:
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar telesales or customer contact role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
