Job Title: B2B Internal Sales Executive
Job Summary:
E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying customer needs and requirements, preparing and presenting detailed project costs and estimates, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify customer needs and requirements through effective communication and analysis
- Prepare and present detailed project costs and estimates to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and growth
- Collaborate with internal departments, including manufacturing and sales, to ensure budgets and deadlines are met and exceeded
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales pipeline growth and meet quotas
- Maintain the company's stellar market reputation through exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment, preferably in an internal sales executive or similar role
- Experience working with CRM and MRP systems to manage customer relationships and sales data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines
