About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B sales leads and expand our customer base
  • Work through a database of potential customers and cold call prospective client businesses around the UK
  • Organise call-back diaries and update the CRM system
  • Identify and qualify leads before passing them across to sales colleagues
  • Closing sales opportunities whenever they arise

About You

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar telesales or customer contact role
  • Enthusiastic, confident, articulate, and great interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to think on your feet
