ENGINEERING SALES ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Sales Specialist to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Support sales partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  3. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  4. Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate sales projections.
  5. Act as a project manager for sales initiatives and customer validation.
  6. Process customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Proven experience in sales within the engineering or industrial sector.
  2. Strong understanding of business relationships and customer needs.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to develop customer-specific solutions and drive sales growth.
  5. Experience working with blue-chip manufacturing companies, aerospace, and the MoD is advantageous.
