Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse to join our team as a Community Nurse - Early Years. As a key member of our integrated NHS Early Years, Children and Families Community Nursing team, you will deliver services in the home and community, ensuring high-quality patient-centered provision that is responsive to personal and local need.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide an accessible and effective nursing service to children and their families, taking forward the public health agenda to maximize the health and wellbeing of all children.
  2. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, promoting integrated nursing approaches and delivering services in the home and community.

Requirements:

  1. Registered Nurse with evidence of further professional development.
  2. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, promoting integrated nursing approaches.
  3. UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership: UK Car licence/Car ownership is essential for this role.
