Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse to join our team as a Community Nurse - Early Years. As a key member of our integrated NHS Early Years, Children and Families Community Nursing team, you will deliver services in the home and community, ensuring high-quality patient-centered provision that is responsive to personal and local need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an accessible and effective nursing service to children and their families, taking forward the public health agenda to maximize the health and wellbeing of all children.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, promoting integrated nursing approaches and delivering services in the home and community.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with evidence of further professional development.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, promoting integrated nursing approaches.
- UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership: UK Car licence/Car ownership is essential for this role.
