About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Area Manager to join our team at Anglian Dental. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and increasing sales within your assigned geographic area in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Schedule meetings and visits to dental practices, hospitals, corporate dental groups, and dental laboratories to maintain and build customer relationships.
  2. Sell Anglian Dental's product range through effective sales presentations to dental clinicians and technicians.
  3. Perform product training with dental clinicians, nurses, practice staff, and dental laboratory staff, as required.
  4. Identify future projects and develop business proposals to increase sales.
  5. Attend exhibitions, local evening meetings, and company events to maximise Anglian Dental's exposure.
  6. Build excellent relationships with dental practices and key stakeholders within the industry and region.
  7. Develop a regional sales plan that aligns with Anglian Dental's overall business strategy.
  8. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for business growth.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  1. Experience in consultative telephone selling and direct face-to-face sales, ideally in the design & build sector.
  2. Extensive experience building relationships.
  3. Account Management and business development skills.
  4. Dental knowledge desirable.
  5. Previous sales experience as the principal point of contact.
  6. Fluent level of English.
  7. A valid driving license.
