About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at St Edmunds, a residential care home in Attleborough, Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support service users with their daily routines, including meal times and medication.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and medical professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in wellbeing events and activities, promoting a safe and engaging environment for our service users.
