Role Overview:
As a Support Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with personal care and support activities, empowering them to make informed decisions while maintaining their independence and dignity according to their personalized care plans.
You will collaborate with a team to foster strong relationships with both colleagues and service users, engaging in wellbeing initiatives and activities, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.
Timely responses to call bells and emergencies will be essential, as will providing individualized care and support while liaising with other healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
