About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Brooklyn House in Attleborough. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including doctors, therapists, and social workers.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
