A Typical Day:

As a Care Support Worker, your role will involve assisting with personal care and support tasks, empowering our service users to make informed decisions, and promoting their independence and dignity in accordance with their individualized care plans.

Working collaboratively within a team, you will foster strong relationships with both colleagues and service users, engaging in wellbeing events and activities, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.

You will respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, delivering person-centered care and support while liaising with other healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
