We are currently seeking a Facilities Management Administrator who will be pivotal in maintaining and executing all administrative functions associated with our contract operations.

Working within a high-pressure environment, effective communication and exceptional customer service skills are essential. As the Facilities Management Administrator, you will manage the FM helpdesk utilizing the CAFM system, serving as the primary contact for issue resolution and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with the broader contract team to ensure smooth operations and assist in maintaining precise asset records within the CAFM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Furthermore, you will generate analytical reports and forecasts derived from the CAFM data, offering critical insights for informed decision-making.

While the standard working hours are typically from . am to . PM, Monday to Friday, we are open to flexible working arrangements for the right candidate, provided it aligns with business requirements. This role is integral to the Facilities Management delivery at Serco, and we are looking for a proactive individual who can enhance the FM function and contribute significantly. Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibit strong PC proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities and report writing skills.
  • Possess knowledge of payroll and purchasing systems.
  • Have a competent understanding of CAFM systems, with the potential to become a subject matter expert.
  • Display strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Show self-motivation and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Approach problem-solving with analytical and logical reasoning.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Facilities Management principles.
  • Be available to work weekends as necessary.
  • Have experience in adhering to contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • Be capable of taking minutes during meetings as required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Collaborate effectively with onsite management and team members.
  • Conduct contractor inductions as needed.
