Role: Service Advisor/Service Receptionist

Salary: Up to £28,000 basic, with additional uncapped bonus for hours sold

Richard Abson Group is helping a prestigious car dealership in Wrexham to find a quality Service Advisor/Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They offer progression, support, and fantastic training.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly successful, prestige brand and be supported by an outstanding employer who invests in your training and development as the brand moves towards the new hybrid and electric era.

As a Service Advisor/Service Receptionist, you will assist customers with enquiries, technical information, and provide progress updates on their vehicles. You will also be responsible for sales of Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in the same role or similar within the main dealer network
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales
  • Experience with Kerridge and 1Link (preferred)

Working Hours: The business offers a competitive basic salary and additional bonus for hours sold.
