Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with enquiries, technical information, and provide progress updates on their vehicles.
- Provide sales support for Service Plans and additional services.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar role or within the main dealer network.
- Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
- Proficiency in Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £28,000.
- Uncapped bonus opportunities for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales.
- Monday to Friday working hours with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
