Service Advisor Role
Location: Nationwide

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our client in the motor trade industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the world's leading brands.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high levels of customer service to clients as they book their vehicles into the workshop.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their requirements and advising on cost, time scale, and what will happen.
  • Working in a busy dealership environment, the successful candidate will be able to deal with volumes while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Previous motor trade experience is essential, and we may consider candidates from independent garages who can demonstrate the necessary knowledge, confidence, and driven manner.
  • At least 1 year's experience working within the motor trade or car dealership as a Customer Service Advisor.
  • We are looking for a confident, friendly, and professional individual with a strong customer service background.
