Preston City Council is dedicated to fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with social housing providers to deliver exceptional services to residents requiring assistance with housing. We are seeking a Select Move Coordinator to spearhead these efforts. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with local authorities and social housing organizations that form the Select Move alliance, aiming to enhance service effectiveness.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with outstanding problem-solving abilities and experience in utilizing and overseeing a choice-based lettings framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong reporting and presentation skills and excel in cultivating relationships with diverse stakeholders. This position operates independently within the partnership.

Your contributions to the Select Move alliance will be invaluable, as you will be responsible for monitoring outcomes, providing guidance and training to both new and existing partners, and leading regular partnership meetings. You will play a crucial role in the rollout of the new Select Move policy and support partners throughout this transition.
