As a Cloud Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's engineering practices, providing leadership, strategy, and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team of twenty-five, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Plan, design, and develop the next generation of AdTech solutions, leveraging AWS,.Net, and React.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement development strategies on Agile principles.
  • Architect and design complex software solutions, driving innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills across the full stack, with in-depth knowledge of AWS, C# for backend development, and React for UI development.
  • Proven Agile team leadership experience, managing high-performing cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Experience in implementing development strategies on Agile principles.
  • Architecting and designing complex software solutions.
  • Degree educated, Computer Science preferred.
