Communications and Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications and Learning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Communications and Learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategy and helping to promote the initiatives we support.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to develop and implement a communications plan that showcases our work and highlights the impact of our initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Communications Manager, including updating and writing copy for our website, creating and sharing content for our social media channels, and monitoring engagement.
- Work with the Communications Manager to organize and deliver webinars and learning events, and support the administration of Funding Plus and Tools.
- Act as the first point of contact during the Communications Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of internal communications, including sharing updates about the Foundation's work and news about the initiatives we fund.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should have experience of using different social media channels and have a good understanding of one of the Foundation's sectors. You should also be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in and commitment to the Foundation's ethos and values.
