About the Role

Flo Health is seeking a highly skilled Content Design Lead to join our Health product teams. As a key member of our design community, you will be responsible for leading a team of content designers and conversation designers in creating engaging and effective content for our female health audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of content designers and conversation designers in concepting, delivering, and scaling content for our female health audience.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that drive repeat, frequent engagement with our app and meet our business goals.
  • Content Creation: Ensure that your team creates release-ready content that passes our editorial, medical, and legal checks and delivers on our users' needs.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of the content you design and suggest improvements to drive business impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present your work and learnings to key stakeholders and ensure that they are clear on Content Design's role in a project.
  • Culture Development: Develop a first-class culture of design excellence at Flo Health.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: A proven track record of leading a team of content designers and conversation designers.
  • Content Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing content strategies that drive business results.
  • Content Creation: A portfolio of best-in-show examples of content created for a female health audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Experience in analyzing content performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to present work and learnings to key stakeholders.
  • Culture Development: Experience in developing a culture of design excellence.

  • LLM Experience: Experience working with Large Language Models.
  • Consumer Health Experience: Experience working in a consumer health app.
  • Start-up Experience: Experience working in a start-up environment.
