About the Role

Flo is seeking a highly skilled Content Design and Conversation Design Lead to join our Health product teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of content and conversation designers in creating engaging and effective content for our female health audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of content designers and conversation designers in concepting, delivering, and scaling content for our female health audience.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive repeat, frequent engagement with our app.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify user needs and develop content that delivers quality user experiences.
  • Review and improve content created by others, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Present work and learnings to senior stakeholders and other teams.
  • Run ideation sessions and workshops to share knowledge and skills with other content creators.
  • Develop a culture of design excellence within Flo.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team of content designers and conversation designers.
  • Strong understanding of content design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a consumer health app.
  • Knowledge of LLMs and their applications.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
