About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Design and Conversation Design Lead to join our team at Flo. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for leading a team of content designers and conversation designers in creating and delivering high-quality content for our female health audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of content designers and conversation designers in concepting, delivering, and scaling content for our female health audience.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive repeat, frequent engagement with our app.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business goals and user needs.
  • Manage and prioritize content delivery to meet ambitious goals and metrics targets.
  • Present content designs and learnings to stakeholders and other teams.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of design excellence within the team.
  • Ensure key stakeholders understand the role of content design in project success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team of content designers and conversation designers.
  • Strong understanding of content design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong portfolio of content design work.
