We are seeking a highly skilled Content Design Lead to join our Health product teams at Flo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of content and conversation designers in creating and delivering high-quality content that meets the needs of our female health audience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of content designers and conversation designers in concepting, delivering, and scaling content for our female health audience.
- Develop and implement content strategies that drive repeat, frequent engagement with our app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business goals and user needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify user needs and develop content that delivers quality user experiences.
- Review and improve content created by others, ensuring it meets Flo's high standards.
- Develop and maintain design standards, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Present work and learnings to stakeholders, including senior leadership and other teams.
- Run ideation sessions and workshops to share knowledge and skills with other content creators.
- Proven experience in leading a team of content designers and conversation designers.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to inform content decisions.
- Experience with content design tools and technologies, including chatbot development.
- Portfolio of best-in-class content design work, demonstrating expertise in creating high-quality user experiences.
- Competitive salary range: £75,000 - £85,000 per year.
- Flexible working environment, with the option to work from home or in the office.
- Company equity grants through Flo's Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP).
- Paid holiday and sick leave, as well as fully paid female health and sick leave.
- Workations - an opportunity to work abroad for two months a year.
