The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Design Manager to lead our growing team of content designers and UX writers. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience for our suite of customer insights and media products. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and delivers exceptional value to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented content designers and UX writers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and implement user-centered content strategies that are aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring content is clear, concise, and engaging for our target audiences.
  • Define and embed content standards across products and design systems, promoting brand consistency, accessibility, and legal compliance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and ideate innovative content solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of content into the user experience.
  • Conduct user research and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of content and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in content design and UX writing.
