Renal Care Clinic Supervisor

Are you dedicated to improving the lives of patients undergoing renal treatment? This role is pivotal in enhancing patient care within our clinic.

As a Renal Care Clinic Supervisor, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient support in accordance with Diaverum protocols, ultimately contributing to the well-being of our patients. We prioritize your professional development and will offer extensive training, including practical experience, online learning, and access to our internal education program, 'd Academy.'

Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of a registered nurse, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:


• Ensuring equipment cleanliness in line with established training.


• Organizing treatment supplies and preparation packs.


• Performing health assessments with patients prior to and following dialysis sessions.


• Assisting patients to and from clinical and waiting areas.


• Providing refreshments during treatment sessions.

Required Qualifications:


• Minimum education of GCSE level or equivalent.


• At least NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferably pursuing level 3).


• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is advantageous.


• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.


• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to delivering safe and effective patient care.


• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with proficiency in English.

What We Provide:


• Full-time role, 37.5 hours weekly.


• Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with shifts ranging from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm (no night or Sunday shifts).


• Competitive salary up to £23,532 based on experience.


• Overtime compensation at time and a half after completing full-time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks).
