As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Clinic Manager will oversee the operations of our renal care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position is integral to enhancing the well-being of patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Supervising daily clinic operations to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
• Coordinating patient care activities and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Managing the preparation and organization of medical supplies and treatment areas.
• Conducting patient assessments and monitoring their health status throughout the treatment process.
• Facilitating communication between patients and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care experience.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of GCSE education or equivalent qualifications.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a preference for candidates working towards Level 3.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
