Renal Care Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at our Havant clinic. As a key member of our renal care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care following Diaverum procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean equipment following proper training.
  • Prepare supplies and packs for treatment.
  • Conduct health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
  • Escort patients to clinical and waiting areas.
  • Serve refreshments during treatments.

Requirements:

  • Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
  • Ideal previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral + written) with fluency in English.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Monday to Saturday, with shift hours from 6:30am to 11:30pm.
  • Competitive Salary of up to £23,532 depending on experience.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
