As a Clinic Manager at Diaverum, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible support throughout their treatment journey. We prioritize your professional development and provide extensive training opportunities, including practical experience and access to our in-house educational platform, 'd Academy.'
Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of senior healthcare professionals, your responsibilities will encompass:
• Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of clinical equipment.
• Organizing and preparing necessary supplies for patient treatments.
• Conducting thorough health assessments for patients pre- and post-dialysis.
• Assisting patients in navigating clinical spaces.
• Providing refreshments to patients during their treatment sessions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum educational attainment of GCSE or equivalent.
• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a preference for those progressing towards level 3.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards delivering safe, effective care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Benefits:
• Full-time role, comprising 37.5 hours weekly.
• Shifts scheduled from Monday to Saturday, with operational hours from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM (no night or Sunday shifts).
• Competitive salary up to £23,532, commensurate with experience.
• Overtime compensation at time and a half after reaching full-time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks).
