Chief Cardiac Physiologist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Cardiac Physiologist to lead our Echocardiography service and support the growth and development of our Cardiology department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Echocardiography service and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support the Cardiology department in other cardiac investigations.
- Perform resting Transthoracic Echo, Exercise stress and Dobutamine Stress echo, bubble and contrast echo, 12 Lead ECGs, Holter Monitoring and Analysis, Event Monitoring, Blood pressure Monitoring, Exercise Testing, routine pacemaker checks.
- Write clinical reports for transthoracic echocardiography to a BSE standard.
- Provide physiologist clinical reports following holter and ETT analysis.
- BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
- ILS or BLS.
- RCCP registration (desirable).
- BSE or equivalent.
- Experience as an independent practitioner in cardiology investigations.
- Experience of assisting in Pacemaker and Implantable Loop recorder implantation (desirable).
- Able to independently perform and report Adult Transthoracic Echocardiograms.
- Experience in assisting with/performing Exercise and Dobutamine stress echocardiograms and bubble and contrast echocardiograms.
- 24 hour Holter analysis.
