This residence is designed to provide a therapeutic environment for two young residents. As part of a committed team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the well-being of the young people is prioritized, fostering an atmosphere of trust and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep sense of empathy and understanding, essential for guiding young individuals who may have experienced challenges in their lives, helping them to thrive and reach their personal goals.
Career Development: Our client is committed to your professional growth, offering tailored training programs aimed at advancing your career. The expectation is for the successful candidate to aspire to the Deputy Manager role within the first year.
Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Children’s Residential setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification.
Compensation: The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000, with the potential to earn an additional £4,500 through sleep-in shifts (paid at £50 per sleep).
Work Schedule: Flexibility is required, with a rota system allowing for up to 10 shifts per month.
All staff members are included in the Profit Sharing Scheme, reflecting the company's commitment to its employees.
A valid UK driving license is mandatory for this position.
