Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Château de Mercuès. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer queries about the menu and make suggestions to guests.
  • Take ownership of guests' requirements and food allergies.
  • Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures at all times.
  • Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments.
  • Effectively communicate with all colleagues and managers.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints with a calm and mature approach.
Requirements:
  • Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
  • Natural passion and flair for the industry and food.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative when needed.
  • Ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
  • Willingness to learn new things.
