Job Summary:

Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Executive to join our team at a leading Co-Living Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of lettings administration, compliance, and marketing, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lettings Administration:
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lettings and rental data in all systems.
    • Ensure the presentation of available apartments meets high standards by coordinating with the cleaning team.
    • Manage online marketing for available apartments.
  • Compliance and Marketing:
    • Compile demographic data, reports, and provide insightful commentary.
    • Respond to inquiries in line with agreed service levels.
    • Coordinate with third-party agents as needed.
  • Leasing Strategies:
    • Conduct regular rent analysis of the local market in collaboration with the General Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Leasing Director.
    • Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate rental offers.
    • Complete applicant vetting and new let paperwork following strict procedures.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Compile regular letting performance reports for senior management and client discussions.
    • Coordinate resident communication through various channels.
    • Advise key stakeholders on recommended rents for new and renewing leases.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Experience:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, dynamic approach.
    • Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of residents' needs.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Proficient in Microsoft platforms including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Team-oriented with a flexible, cooperative attitude.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Commitment to confidentiality and security of all business-related information.

Working Hours:

  • 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
  • 1x day off in lieu during the week
