Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the execution of high-quality, efficient reward processes throughout the organization. This includes managing the annual salary review, incentive cycles, and the enrollment process for UK benefits.

Additional Benefits:

At RS Group, in addition to standard employee benefits typically offered by a publicly listed company, including performance bonuses, private healthcare, and generous vacation allowances, we have recently introduced several new Family-Friendly Policies:

  • Financial assistance for managing ongoing health conditions, such as diabetes or asthma, with an annual allocation for monitoring and consultations.
  • Support services for neurodiverse employees and their families, including needs assessments and post-diagnostic assistance for conditions like autism spectrum disorders and ADHD.
  • Comprehensive support for women at various life stages, including fertility assistance and management of conditions such as endometriosis and menopause.
  • Enhanced coverage for our LGBTQ+ community, including support for trans colleagues through voice coaching and gender confirmation procedures.

About RS Group:

RS Group serves as a global partner for industrial clients and suppliers, operating across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our organization is supported by global teams focused on supply chain management, corporate functions, marketing, and product management.
