As a key member of our payroll team, the Payroll Specialist plays an essential role in managing the comprehensive payroll process. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
This role is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and attendance at our offices.
Responsibilities:
The primary objective of the Payroll Specialist is to deliver a superior payroll service to the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations while guaranteeing that employees are compensated accurately and punctually.
You will collaborate effectively with Finance, HR Service Centre, HR Reward, and Pensions Teams to facilitate the provision of an engaging and effective employee benefits package. It is crucial to ensure that payroll transactions are executed within the established KPIs, maintaining a consistent approach while achieving operational excellence efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess prior payroll experience. The following qualifications will be advantageous:
Proficient in PC applications, particularly Excel (Intermediate/Advanced), Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and present data effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of understanding, interpreting, and communicating information clearly and effectively at all levels, with the utmost professionalism.
