Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Tokamak Energy. As a key member of our Commercial Development team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy
Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Build and Maintain Strategic PartnershipsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and revenue.
Identify and Pursue New Business OpportunitiesConduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Lead Cross-Functional TeamsLead cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, including market development, business strategy, and commercial planning.
Requirements- Technical and Commercial Expertise
Proven technical and commercial expertise, with a strong understanding of the fusion energy industry and its commercial landscape.
Strategic Thinking and PlanningAbility to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and revenue.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
