Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Parity Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, utilizing Microsoft 365
- Conduct Health and Safety audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Support the management team in ensuring the effective implementation of business processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar business support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent administrative skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience in conducting Health and Safety audits and inspections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
