Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Parity Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, utilizing Microsoft 365
  • Conduct Health and Safety audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Support the management team in ensuring the effective implementation of business processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar business support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent administrative skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience in conducting Health and Safety audits and inspections
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
