Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as a Health and Safety Manager in East Kilbride. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and the community.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead our site in East Kilbride. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in managing risks and implementing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement health and safety standards and requirements into detailed working instructions
  • Define standards for health and safety risk assessments and complete sample audits
  • Lead health and safety risk management and drive continual improvement projects
  • Coach teams through HSE-related incident investigations and lead the site in delivery of the HSE plan
  • Manage cost control of agreed budget lines and report performance
Requirements
  • Health and Safety expert qualification as senior specialist on site
  • Experience in project and change management, quality assurance, and environmental legal compliance
  • Proven health and safety track record and ability to drive cultural/behavioural change in safety
