Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular health and safety audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide expert advice on legislative updates and ensure that the organization's policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.

- NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications or a commitment to gaining them.

- Knowledge and understanding of business management systems and practical ISO audit protocol awareness.
- Internal audit experience and knowledge of compliance and non-conformance processes.
- Construction and rail industry knowledge, including Network Rail industry portal awareness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the business.
- Practical computing skills, including reports, technical briefing, and spreadsheets.
- Experience of working within a multi-discipline team and leadership skills, where appropriate.
