SHEQ & Compliance Manager

Forte Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as a SHEQ & Compliance Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health and safety audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters, including training and awareness programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of health and safety management in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
