As a key member of our Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead health and safety training programs to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance health and safety.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including ISO and Kore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
