Join a dynamic team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and take on a challenging role as Health and Safety Manager in our East Kilbride operations. As a key member of our Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Lead health and safety training programs to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance health and safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
