Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Lead health and safety training programs to educate employees on safe working practices and procedures.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance health and safety performance.
- Manage health and safety budgets and resources to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform health and safety decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret financial and operational data.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting expectations.
