We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Catch 22. This is a temporary role that will involve working closely with our education establishment to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Chase and follow up on Service Requests (SR) to ensure compliance and timely completion of remedial works.
  • Schedule and coordinate Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks with contractors to maintain our facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and Work Orders as required to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as required to support the Facilities team.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of basic IT programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of Facilities Management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results under pressure.
