As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the delivery of services across our client contracts, ensuring 'best in class' services delivery experience and leading your team to ensure contract compliance and adherence.
- Driving revenue growth in existing accounts through effective upselling of a range of surveying, monitoring, remedials, and maintenance services.
- Developing a new business pipeline and delivering sales in line with target.
- Providing technical support to Clients & Marketing, Bid Submission teams.
- Providing consultancy services & technical advice to clients.
- Ensuring the delivery of a consistent and technically compliant service in line with the company's internal quality management systems.
- Preparing technical proposals and quotations.
- Managing and supporting an established operational team of Supervisors, Consultants/Surveyors, Technicians/Engineers & Plumbers.
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, staff, internal departments, and external suppliers.
- Ensuring that all operational, health, safety, and environmental policies are implemented to ensure compliance with the company's external accreditation schemes.
- Producing reports on all aspects of contracts, operational, performance, and business efficiency.
- Engaging in business development activities through direct sales within existing and new accounts.
- A team player who's able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical teams.
