Position: Educational Support Specialist

Overview:
Empowering Learning is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to assist in a specialized educational environment. The role involves providing support to students with diverse learning requirements, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the classroom teacher and fellow support staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily classroom activities.
2. Assist students during lessons and extracurricular activities, fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere.
3. Gather and document evidence of student progress to aid in their assessment and development.

Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational growth.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience in supporting children with additional needs is preferred.
