The Role
As a Graduate Commercial Sales Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of the business. In the first three months, you will receive a thorough induction, spending time in different departments, including the warehouse, to gain a deep understanding of the operating procedures, products, market, customers, and suppliers.
Training and Development
BMS Performance is committed to your growth and development, investing in external sales training delivered by the Electrical Distributor's Association (EDA) and providing internal training opportunities. You will also have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in sales and customer relationships.
