About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SME and Corporate Accounts, driving sales and fostering relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Present and explain our ERP services to clients.
  • Manage daily commercial aspects to boost sales.
  • Report monthly on sales activities and opportunities.
  • Build relationships at all levels within client organisations.
  • Communicate and present to customers at all levels, up to C-level executives.
  • Visit clients regularly and work from the office.
  • Handle all contractual matters with client support from Kerridge Commercial Systems.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience in software solution sales.
  • Excellent technical understanding.
  • Proven success in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate and present to customers at all levels, up to C-level executives.
  • Proactive, motivated, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Valid driving licence and business-appropriate car.
