We are seeking a skilled Contentious Probate Solicitor to enhance our Dispute Resolution practice. This role offers the flexibility to work from various locations and is an excellent opportunity to be part of a welcoming and diverse team, handling a broad spectrum of disputes.

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse caseload that includes:

  • Challenges regarding the legitimacy of wills;
  • Claims for financial support from estates by dissatisfied beneficiaries;
  • Disputes between executors and beneficiaries;
  • Trust-related conflicts, including applications for the removal of trustees;
  • Issues stemming from Powers of Attorney;
  • Claims of professional negligence linked to will drafting or estate management.

Collaboration and Growth

This position provides the chance to collaborate with colleagues across different offices, working together to secure optimal outcomes for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to engage with our non-contentious private client team, contributing to the growth of this practice area through various business development initiatives.
