• Managing financial provision claims from estates for disappointed beneficiaries;
• Resolving disputes between executors and beneficiaries;
• Addressing trust-related conflicts, including applications for the removal of trustees;
• Dealing with disputes stemming from Powers of Attorney;
• Managing professional negligence claims related to will drafting or estate administration.
