About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at MindVault Inc. as a part-time School Business Manager. The position is for 30 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (term time plus 3 weeks).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school's finances, ensuring effective use of resources to support the school's aims.
  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the school's financial stability.
  • Collaborate with the school's leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the school's overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to school finance and administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and external partners.
